HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

What happens if no one is home?
Don’t worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office where you can pick it up.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Don’t worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no modifications can be made.
Is your site secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it’s 300% secure. Here’s why:
First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the little green padlock to the left of the page URL is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "cart" and checkout pages. On this site, ALL PAGES are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.
Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are the leading references in online transaction security.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or cash on delivery.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receipt and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives back to us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
